Athene Apartments
In 2017 Franklin Pacific constructed the concrete podium for this mid-rise apartment building in Kirkland Washington. The 1 level podium consists of approximately 1700 cubic yards of concrete and 125 tons of reinforcing steel. The 14,4000 square foot post tension elevated slab supports 5 stories of wood framing.
