Franklin Pacific was a subcontractor to Glacier Environmental for the rehabilitation of the Little Squalicum Estuary. Our scope included the construction of a precast concrete box culvert with a cast in place roadway surface and traffic barrier over the top. We also construction a 45 foot long prefabricated pedestrian bridge with pile supported cast in place foundations.
