Construction of 1900 lineal feet of cast in place concrete levee wall on top of driven sheet pile.  The 12 foot tall concrete levee wall was constructed in alternating 24 foot long sections with PVC water stop a teach expansion joint.  A flared base was constructed at the base of the wall to encapsulate the sheet pile.
