Lower Huckleberry Creek Bridge

Lower Huckleberry Creek Bridge

Franklin Pacific was a subcontractor in fall of 2011 to Rodarte Construction for the construction of a prefabricated forest service access bridge near Greenwater, Wa for the Puyallup Tribe of Indians. The bridge is founded on driven H-pile with a cast in place pile cap and abutment wall substructure. The 17 foot by 95 foot prefabricated steel superstructure was fabricated by Big R Bridge and delivered to the site in 4 pieces with the rail shipped loose. Franklin Pacific staged the pieces on the approach where we bolted them together. Once assembled we flew the entire span into place in one operation.
