Construction of a 54’ x 81’ x 50’ deep subterranean vault for the storage and controlled release of high volumes of storm water. The structure included a mid level and ground level elevated slab and supported a CMU control building. The 9’ thick base slab required thermal heat gain modeling and thermal control during the curing period. Franklin Pacific poured over 4000 cy yards of concrete and placed over 400 tons of rebar in a 4 month period.
