Franklin Pacific constructed the foundations and slab on grade for 4 separate 3 story wood framed apartment buildings. Each building has an approximately 5500 square foot floor plate. Franklin Pacific developed a BIM model of each of the building foundations and used a Total Station for layout to assure that the concrete dimensions and location of all embeds/anchor bolts were built precisely where designed.
