Franklin Pacific was the structural concrete trade partner to Turner Construction for the Birney Elementary School built in 2019.  This 56,000 square foot building included cast in place concrete foundations and stem walls with a slab on grade first floor.  Approximately 17,000 square feet of the SOG was finished with a detailed saw cut jointing pattern and polished.  Franklin Pacific prepared a BIM model of the concrete work and used a total station for field layout thus assuring accurate fit up with the steel framing that followed our work.
