This project is a 30,000 square foot 3 story medical office building.  The building structure consists of a steel framed building with 10,000  square foot slab on metal deck floor plates supported by a grade beam and mat footing foundation.  We generated a BIM model of the foundations and the anchor bolts for the 40 plus steel column base plates were modeled.  A total station was used for field layout thus ensuring the accuracy of the anchor bolt locations and fit up with the steel framing.
